CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Cancellation charges are as below:
  • 0 to 12 Hrs. before the scheduled departure time, no refund shall be provided.
  • 12-24 Hrs. before the scheduled departure time, 40% of the amount shall be refunded within 5-7 working days to the original payment method used while booking.
  • 24-72 Hrs. before the scheduled departure time, 75% of the amount shall be refunded within 5-7 working days to the original payment method used while booking.
  • Above 72 Hrs. from the scheduled departure time, 100% amount shall be refunded within 5-7 working days to the original payment method used while booking.
  • Rs.40 (Booking Fee) + GST, if applicable, will not be refunded in any case.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  • The bus operator is not responsible for not reaching destination on time given the bottlenecks such as convoy timing. sea crossing ferry availability and its time, road repairs and other conditions.
  • The bus operator is not responsible for cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons. Only the ticket fare shall be refunded.
  • Alternatively date change shall be considered at no extra cost if requested by the passenger subject to availability.
  • Customers must take care of their baggage and belongings during travel.
  • Changing a customer’s seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady/child needs to be accepted.
  • The operator is not responsible for a passenger waiting at the wrong boarding point.
  • In the event of unexpected breakdown due to road conditions and subsequent cancelling the trip at the last minute, the untraveled distance charges shall only be refunded.
  • The departure time mentioned on the ticket is only tentative timing. However, the bus will not leave before time. Time mentioned in the ticket is valid.
  • In case the operator changes the type of bus due to some reasons the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • Management call is Final for Loading/ unloading luggage, depending upon climate and other conditions.
Note:

In case booking confirmation sent through email & SMS gets delayed/fails to communicate because of technical reasons or due to incorrect email ID/ Phone Number provided by the user etc., the ticket will be considered booked as long as the tickets are showing in the site confirmation page. Cancellation of this ticket is not allowed after the bus departure time.
